Russian Kynological Federation reminds that you can apply for a Russian visa not earlier than 3 months before your trip. That’s why we would like to recommend you to start your visa process from the beginning of April.
Here you can fill an application form and get an Invitation Letter. Using this Invitation Letter, you will be able to obtain a Visa (under a simplified procedure) for staying in Russia.

If you would like to organize Visa to Russia, you can find out the list of necessary documents for organizing Visa in the Consulate of Russian Federation on the territory of your country.
While contacting the Consulate of Russian Federation, please mention that you have the official Invitation Letter from Russian Kynological Federation for attending World Dog Show 2016 in Moscow.
If you would like to travel to the WDS 2016 on your own vehicle (car, camping car, caravan etc.) and you are planning to travel through the territory of Belorussia, please, remember to apply for the transit Belorussian Visa in the Consulate of Belorussia in your country.
Otherwise, you can travel through the territory of Lithuania and Latvia without any transit visas.
