She was born in Moscow in 1948. She is an engineer by profession; In 1982 she became a judge on working qualities of dogs and breed judge later. First 15 years in cynology were devoted to breeding of East-european shepherd dog. She always had dogs in her family. Among those dogs were mixes, St.bernard, East-european shepherd dog, Samoyed, German Spitz. German Spitz has been a breed that Elena is still occupying herself with. She is the owner of the kennel "Vesyoly Gnom". She is a President of one of the biggest Moscow kennel clubs, a member of the "Russian Federation of Amateur Breeders" presidium.
