1.In entering a dog to the World Dog Show -2016, INTERRA, or Specialty
their owner should provide:
Only the dogs registered with the studbook or with the appendix to the studbook of an FCI member country, or KC (English Kennel Club), or AKC (American Kennel Club), or CKC (Canadian Kennel Club) are allowed for the show.
The owner / holder is responsible for provision of correct data.
The entry forms must have been completely filled in and signed by the owner.
Without working or champion certificates accompanied the copy of a pedigree the dog is entered in Intermediate or Open Class.
2. Date for age
The decisive date for age is the day the dog is shown (FCI Show regulations, FCI Circular 25/2014).

- download the entry form from the RKF website http://rkf.org.ru/shows/wds/2016
- fill in, sign and scan it;
- send it by e-mail, enclosing the copy of a pedigree (or puppy card), the copy of receipt and the copy of Diplomas (for the Champion or Working Class)

Working Class
To enter a dog in working class, the entry form must be accompanied by a copy of the FCI compulsory certificate, WCC (Working Class Certificate), containing the confirmation by the member country in which the holder and/or owner has his legal residence, that the dog has passed an appropriate test as well as details about this test. Regulations for FCI Dog Shows and Complementary rules for World and Sections Shows Page 6 he only breeds eligible for the working class are those appearing as working breeds in the FCI Breed Nomenclature, taking into account the exceptions granted to some countries for some breeds.
Champion Class
To enter a dog in Champion Class, one of the following titles must have been confirmed by the day of the official closing date of entries; proof of this, by copy, must be enclosed with the entry form.
The decisive date for registering the dog for the Dog Show is the day when all necessary documents (including the payment receipt) are received by the RKF.
4. Making payment

In the line “Payment purpose” a payer should specify the Show (World Dog Show, INTERRA, Championship for Unrecognized Breeds, Specialty), the breed of the dog, the dog’s name according to the pedigree, as well as the sum, the date of a payment and the name and the surname of the payer.
5. The confirmation of the application
The application may be confirmed within several hours or be confirmed within a week.
The dates of confirmation can be different even two entry forms of the same dog (for WDS and INTERRA) be posted at the same day.
6 Make sure the dog has been entered for the Show
In the case the dog was registered for the Show through the website: www.wds16.ru
The application is assigned the number, its status in the personal account is changed into “sent to the RKF’, the application is available to the operator, and can not be modified. The operator is responsible for checking the application; in the case the form is completed correctly and all the documents enclosed, the status of the application is changed into ‘confirmed’. Additionally auto answer is e-mailed to the sender.
The application can be returned for correction. In this case one may see the status “return”. Please, return to the application, read the comments, make necessary changes and resend it back.

The sender receives two letters:
- auto answer - a letter of confirmation - is e-mailed to the sender,
- the response of the secretary that the documents accepted.
7. Transfer of the dog to the other class
Transfer of the dog to the other class is permitted in the case the dog entered the Open or Intermediate class has received the working certificate or the Beauty Champion certificate before the closing date. No other transfer is permitted.
In this case the organizer may ask for the additional fee, if it has been raised from the date of the initial registration.
To make a transfer one should provide to the Dog Show secretariat:
- the application from the dog owner;
- the copy of the owner’s passport;
-the copy of a payment if the entry fee has been changed;
- the copy a pedigree;
- the copy of the National Beauty Champion or Working Certificate.
8. Dog replacement
In the case of the dog’s death or serious injury the replacement is possible. The owner should notify in writing the organizer. The application should be accompanied with the original of the official paper signed by a recognized vet specialist and the copy of the dog owner passport.
Also the owner should provide the compete set of documents for the dog which is not able to participate and the compete set of documents for the replacing dog.
In this case the organizer may ask for the additional fee, if it has been raised from the date of the initial registration.
9. If making the payment one pays more than required
If making the payment one pays more than required, the payer makes an application, where the breed, the name of the dog, the number of the pedigree, the name of the owner as well as the details of a card and an account number are specified.
The overpaid money is to be returned to the payer account.
10. Return of the entry fee
The entry fee may be returned in the case of the dog’s death or serious injury.
The owner should notify in writing the organizer. The application should be accompanied with the original of the official paper signed by a recognized vet specialist and the copy of the dog owner passport, as well as the details of a card and an account number.
11. Veterinary documents for the dog
There should be an international vet passport for every participating dog.
The dogs should be checked up by the vets. Rabies and canine distemper virus vaccinations are mandatory for any dog that attends the Dog Show.
Do make sure your dog is up to date on his vaccinations and parasite control. This includes rabies, distemper and kennel cough vaccines as well as flea, tick and intestinal parasite control.
12. Place for grooming at the Dog Show
At the Dog show there is the special Grooming Zone, equipped with grooming tables and electric outlets.
13. Walking the dogs
Any participant has the possibility to walk their dog either inside or outside the Show Halls. The special walking zones are arranged and marked with the sign ‘WC” in every Hall. Out of the Hall there is a special outdoor walking zone.
Show respect for your surroundings – don’t let your dog run free at the Dog Show premises. Pick up after your dog – dog mess creates irritation.
Do keep your dog on leash until he is in the designated enclosed off-leash area.

15. Classes in which the CACIB can be awarded:
- Intermediate class (from 15 to 24 months);
- Open Class (15 months and over);
- Working Class (15 months and over);
- Champion Class (15 months and over).
Classes in which the CACIB cannot be awarded:
- Minor Puppy Class – Puppy Class (puppies from 3 to 6 months);
- Puppy Class (from 6 to 9 months);
- Junior Class (from 9 to 18 months);
- Veteran Class (from 8 years and over).
