Christine Rossier (Switzerland)

Grown up in a breeder family, since 1952 with Schnauzers and Giantschnauzers. Breeding under affix „Tombola’s“ since 1965. The start was with a Standard Schnauzer bitch peppersalt.

 

During the years it was also brown medium Poodles, Miniature Poodles black, Miniature Schnauzers black and peppersalt, Schnauzers black and peppersalt, Giant Schnauzers black and peppersalt, Hovawarts, Boston Terriers and Border Terriers. In Boston Terriers and  Hovawarts 1979 and 1991, FCI – Worldchampions. In 1994 Vice-Worldchampion and Junior Worldchampion in Standard Schnauzer peppersalt, since 1999 until 2003, 3 World- and also Junior World Champions in Miniature Schnauzers peppersalt and of course many National and International Champions. In this days, after our parents have passed away, still breeding Standard and Miniature Schnauzers black and peppersalt and since six years also active in Affenpinscher.

 

First start in 1986 as a judge for all Schnauzers and Pinschers. Since there  breedjudge for more then 45 breeds in group 1, 2, 3, 5, 8 and 9. Also group judge for FCI group 2, 3, 5, 8 and 9 and since April 2010 Allbreed judge. Also judging several times the Giants, Standards and Miniature Schnauzers and also Havanese, Yorkshire Terrier, Miniature Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier and Fox Terrier on FCI World and FCI European Dog Shows.

 

From 1994 to 2006 in the Swiss Kynological Society responsable for the Judges Commitee  and since 2000 to 2006 also for the Show-Commission and one of the 2 Vicepresidents of the SKG. Since April 2006 member of honour of the Swiss Kynological Society SKG.
